These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, online booking services, and in-person spa and bathhouse services operated by Hideout Wellness – Danang Social Bathhouse & Spa ("Hideout Wellness", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Da Nang, Vietnam.
By accessing our website at hideoutwellness.com, making a booking, purchasing a membership, or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via email or phone. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service duration without a price adjustment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
3. In-Person Spa & Bathhouse Services
By visiting our premises, you agree to comply with all house rules and staff instructions. Our facilities are designed to provide a safe, relaxing environment for all guests.
You acknowledge that certain spa and bathhouse services may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions to our staff prior to receiving services. We are not liable for any adverse reactions arising from a failure to disclose such information.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in our bathhouse facilities unless explicitly stated otherwise. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to themselves or others.
4. Membership & Subscriptions
We offer membership packages that provide access to our facilities and services at preferential rates. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the specific terms associated with your chosen package, as communicated at the time of purchase.

4.2 Renewals & Cancellations

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellations by Guests
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value may apply.

No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice): The full service amount will be charged.

5.2 Cancellations by Hideout Wellness
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen events such as staff unavailability or facility issues. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative appointment.
5.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method where applicable. Refunds for cash payments will be made in cash on-site or via bank transfer at our discretion.
6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests and staff. By using our services, you agree to the following:

Treat all staff and guests with courtesy and respect.

Maintain appropriate noise levels to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our facilities.

Follow all hygiene requirements, including showering before using shared bathing facilities.

Wear appropriate attire as specified for each area of our facilities.

Refrain from using mobile phones, cameras, or recording devices in changing rooms or bathing areas.

Do not bring outside food or beverages onto the premises unless permitted by staff.

Do not engage in any behaviour of a sexual, violent, or harassing nature towards staff or other guests.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises immediately and without refund if they fail to comply with our code of conduct. In serious cases, we may report incidents to the relevant authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hideout Wellness shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Any loss or theft of personal belongings on our premises. We recommend using the lockers provided and not bringing valuable items to our facilities.

Any personal injury sustained on our premises that results from your failure to follow staff instructions, our house rules, or these Terms.

Any interruption or unavailability of our website or online booking system.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Vietnamese law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software, is the property of Hideout Wellness or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
